  Terrible horrible. This is the best I can say. I have a home loan with Rabo for over 5 years never late. I paid for a LOC $200 a year for 4 years. Just started to use it in march. The statements were wrong the amount owed was wrong and I keep getting last fees and an increase in my rate EVERY month. I have called the office and they don't care at all, told me to call the 800 number. The 800 number tells me to call office, the 800 number cannot tell me how much I owe or why they are jacking my rate. This is absolutely the worst. They treat me this way and I have close to $750,000 in home loans, never late mind you, how are they going to treat people get getting on their feet. HORRIBLE INCOMPETENT
