- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆wonderful in house service, you have to physically go to the office to get great service. A week ago I emailed and today I called twice regarding adding insurance with no return phone call or email I called back a third time I was on hold for 45 minutes and counting...I should of just drove to the AAA office, but the office was closed after holding for 30 minutes. I'm still holding, hoping someone is actually in the office til 6p?????? Hanging up at 6 and taking our 6 cars and homeowners insurance elsewhere!By Mary Cinnamon, May 08, 2017
